One of the things we do to reach out to our community is run a very popular teleconference series we call “Chat with the Lab”. As you would expect from a lab chat these are more on the technical side and there is not much in a way of  “selling”. There is a presentation agenda and there is time for questions and answers.

The upcoming Chat with the labs on March 25 is on the subject of Cloud Computing and what it means to DB2 people. If you can spare 90 minutes between 1:00 and 2:30 pm Eastern (12:00pm Central, 11:00 am Mountain, 10:00am Pacific ) I suggest that you take advantage of this opportunity and register for this webinar at the DB2 Chat with the Labs website. Even if you can’t attend on March 25 you should still register as we will be providing a replay that you will be able to listen to when you have a bit of free time. Don’t worry if you don’t much about Cloud Computing or DB2. This session is for everyone to get a big picture and to get an idea what to do next if you are interested.

And if you are going to the IDUG North America 2009 Conference in Denver on May 12, I will be presenting  session E03 “DB2 in the Cloud”.
