		<description>Just found this article, and this is actually a huge win. There have been times when we&#039;ve had to wait for an entire month (we only get 7 hours of scheduled downtime a month, and that window is rapidly shrinking) before starting with a new bufferpool. Nice work on a great new feature.</description>
